Wood siding serves as the primary exterior material, allowing the house to quietly settle into its wooded surroundings.

Architectural Staff Level I (New York, NY)

Job Requirements:

Participate in conceptual design of a project and provide full technical support under the
supervision of a licensed architect; prepare architectural design drawing sets using CAD and
final construction plans in accordance with applicable building codes and permit requirements;
participate in the design and documentation of ground-up architectural projects; plan and design
residential and commercial renovations and alterations in accordance with environmental, safety
and local regulations; create three-dimensional or interactive representations of designs, using
CAD software; assist in preparation of plans for existing buildings where plans are not available;
consult with clients to determine functional or spatial requirements of residential and commercial
projects. Duties to be carried out under the supervision of a licensed architect. Yearly salary
$67,500 to $75,000.
Requirements: Bachelor of Architecture + 6 months' experience in an architectural design-related position,
incl: internships during or after college.
