Central Park "pied-à-terre"
Urban Reverie: Grit, Grace, and Garden
The Columbus Circle Residence sits at the edge of Central Park in Manhattan, framed by a 270-degree sweeping view of the city and its most iconic landscape-Central Park. This luxury apartment renovation reimagines a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home as an urban sanctuary, where elegant boldness meets quiet refinement.
The design concept, Urban Reverie, weaves together the glamour and historic soul of old New York with the tranquil presence of the park below. Lush textures and dramatic moments introduce a sense of cinematic opulence, while aged finishes and crafted detailing root the interiors in a timeless metropolitan character. Balanced against this richness is a palette drawn from Central Park’s flora—earthy neutrals and muted pastels that soften the urban edge and bring a sense of calm.
The result is a layered interior that celebrates contrast: history and modernity, city and garden. It is both bold and understated, designed as a retreat that feels storied yet alive, deeply connected to its setting in the heart of New York.
